The tiny power supply...  (it's a standard 80mm fan)

First successful test of the LCD.. 
As you can see, the software is up to v0.0.3! :-)

A few things still missing, like a soundcard! :-)

Prototype uC-board. Connectors are for power in, LCD power out, relay control, serial data out, IR data in and the front panel keys (4x4 matrix). The pot is LCD contrast.

One cooling fan for both the CPU and the power supply. The PSU is mounted diagonally in order to direct the airflow towards the motherboard....
